I found the service at the Hotel Mazurkas to be excellent, its standard is as good or better then any of the Canadian Hotels. I found the food in the restantent and dinning room to be excellent along with the service. I would only say one thing that was a little off was the location to Warsaw. Its a little to far from the city centre. The room was beautiful and the service was excellent again. On my next visit to Poland next year I will stay at this Hotel once again. This is a beautiful hotel, everything was perfect. My one reservation was the standard of customer care, its not at western European standards quite yet, but the hotel is still a great place to stay (if you have private transport). You do have to pay for overnight parking, which, I think is a bit mean considering the hotel is so far from the city centre. Overall a thumbs up! Dominic, Ireland

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The bartender was also very nice and gave us some good advise on the taxi drivers !! Overall - we had a very good time staying at this hotel. Ian, United Kingdom
